However, if time is of the essence, it’s advisable to plan accordingly, as wait times can be extensive. Conversely, this allows for ample opportunity to absorb the eclectic ambiance of this bar-style restaurant and unwind following a day on the mountain.
The Blue Stone

My experience here was so enjoyable that I returned for a second visit. The wood-fired oven pizza is extraordinary, complemented by comfort food and a robust selection of craft beers. The poutine, while delicious, leans towards the salty side, a consideration for those with specific palate preferences.
It’s truly the pizza that captivates, featuring unique toppings that make it difficult to settle on just one variety, enticing repeat visits.

Locals highly recommend this establishment, but unfortunately, it was closed during my visit, indicating I likely missed an extraordinary dining experience. This venue offers not only delightful flatbread pizzas but also a captivating atmosphere.
Established in 1985, American Flatbread is positioned on a historic 25-acre farm, sourcing most of its ingredients from the property. With 10 acres of gardens, hiking and biking trails, and an art gallery, it’s a popular summer destination for the community. However, expect long lines, so arriving early is advisable.
Castlerock Pub
